Project Overview
Sustainable Comfort for Senior Living
Located along the River Kaveri in Hachinad, Pachat village (Kodagu, Karnataka), Amarakosha is a thoughtfully planned senior citizen care commune built over 4 acres of lush green land.
The challenge was to design a living space that:
- Protects the environment it stands on
- Reduces building emissions intensity by half
- Operates independently of public utilities
- Offers comfort, safety, and dignity for senior residents

GasPros® proposed a holistic, multi-layered EW&W (Energy, Waste & Water) intervention.
